The U.S. EPA Landfill Methane Outreach Program (LMOP) has provided information from Hillsborough County, Florida, about a request for qualifications (RFQ).
Hillsborough County is seeking a qualified firm for the development of a landfill gas (LFG) beneficial use project at its Southeast County Landfill.
Offers must be submitted via the county's electronic bidding system or as a hard copy delivery (e.g., U.S. mail, express mail, courier service) to the address provided in the RFQ. Electronic submittals other than through the County's electronic bidding system will not be accepted.
The closing date for offers to this RFQ is May 2, 2017 at 2:00 PM (EDT).
