Brokk announced that it has upgraded its parts warehouse at its headquarters in Monroe, Washington, to help improve the company’s customer service and parts availability. The new facility houses an array of standard and specialty parts for all Brokk models, including older models. The facility also provides parts for hydrodemolition robots and accessories from Aquajet, a Brokk subsidiary. In combination with the other parts and service centers in St. Joseph, Missouri, and Stanhope, New Jersey, the company says the new warehouse will help Brokk ensure fast and reliable support for Brokk and Aquajet customers across North America.

Optimized logistics allow for faster parts processing through the new warehouse, the company says. Most orders placed by 3:45 p.m. for in-stock parts are available overnight to customers across the country, minimizing unscheduled downtime. A kit that travels with the machine ensures operators have the right spare parts at all times, reducing downtime, Brokk notes.
“We are constantly evaluating what we can do to minimize downtime for our customers,” Lindgren says. “Brokk machines are built to operate in the harshest conditions, but they’re not indestructible. When unexpected downtime occurs, we know every minute counts. That’s why our knowledgeable technicians are just a phone call away, ready to get the right part out the door and on its way quickly.”
