Casella Waste Systems, Inc., headquartered in Rutland, Vermont, has acquired the assets of Boon & Sons, Inc. and Oceanside Rubbish, Inc. Both transactions closed Nov. 1. The company expects to generate approximately $16 million of annualized revenues from the acquisitions.
