MKC provides hazardous and nonhazardous waste management services. Its company-owned, fully permitted hazardous waste Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Part B facility is an important regional hub for Clean Earth’s customized hazardous and nonhazardous waste management programs for the technical market, Clean Earth says, including university research and development labs, industrial companies and medical facilities.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In addition, MKC’s regulatory permits and extensive processing capabilities will enable us to grow our capacity to process medical waste and additional forms of nonhazardous waste."
