In addition to our manufacturing capabilities, we pride ourselves on offering an extensive range of services related to compactors, balers, and metal and plastic waste containers. Our services encompass compactor and baler repair, installation and preventative maintenance, as well as residential and commercial waste container repair, management, deployment and rebranding for both plastic and metal containers.

While our name may be new, our experienced leadership team—led by our founder Andreas Gruson, who has 25 years of expertise—has earned us a trusted reputation in the markets we serve. We have built strong customer relationships by consistently delivering exceptional performance and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

We continuously adapt our offerings to meet the evolving demands of our customers. As a result, our container service and repair division has grown to become the largest segment of our business. We understand that large-scale haulers with thousands of containers in service face significant daily repair needs. To address this, we have expanded our capabilities and are fully equipped to provide outsourced labor solutions to cater to this demand.

Expanding our reach

Since our inception, FleetGenius® has strategically pursued acquisitions to broaden our scope of services. In 2019, we acquired CDSRVS LLC and Container Management Group LLC, collectively known as CanDo, a reputable West Coast company specializing in container repair. In 2020, we further expanded our capabilities by acquiring WV Fabricating in Pennsylvania, strengthening our metal container service division. In 2021, our acquisition of Bakers Waste Equipment established our manufacturing division.

In our efforts to expand further, FleetGenius® acquired the compactor distribution, installation, service, maintenance and refurbishment business of National Waste Partners, which included prominent brands such as J-Mec Inc., GK Industrial Refuse Systems and Action Compaction Services. This integration aligned seamlessly with our existing services, allowing us to create a comprehensive compactor and baler service and distribution footprint across the country. Most recently, we opened our first SuperCenter in Rochester, New York, offering all our services under one roof. We are actively working to replicate this supercenter model in all other locations nationwide.
