Meridian Waste, a waste services company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has acquired Dumpstars LLC and Discount Dumpsters, both of which are waste haulers based near Raleigh, North Carolina. The terms of the asset purchase agreements are undisclosed.

The acquired assets from Dumpstars and Discount Dumpsters include roll-off trucks, containers and commercial contracts in North Carolina’s Wake, Johnston and Durham counties. The acquisition of Dumpstars also includes portable restrooms, a new line of business for Meridian Waste in Raleigh.
