Keith Manufacturing Co., a Madras, Oregon-based material handling solutions company, has announced RX Technology, the latest evolution of its Walking Floor technology.

RX Technology provides thermal protection, integrating electric heat sensors and temperature switches to prevent overheating. It has a redesigned switching valve, which doesn’t require adjustments to simplify operation and reduce maintenance time.

RX Technology’s oil pressure filter, rated for up to 60 gallons per minute, ensures a cleaner system, which the company says leads to less contamination, smoother performance and system longevity.

The company says the system allows operators to gain complete control with flexible hydraulic oil flow ranging from slow unloading to rapid discharge.

CommanderAI, a sales intelligence company headquartered in Los Angeles, has launched its customer relationship management (CRM) solution, a sales system powered by artificial intelligence (AI) to help waste haulers find, engage and close opportunities.

The CRM system is available either as a standalone module or as part of the company’s existing go-to-market platform for waste haulers.

CommanderAI can be integrated with communication and productivity tools, including Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot and more, according to the company. Key features of the CRM include:

  • industry-specific agentic AI to analyze real-time sales and customer signals;
  • centralized profiles for every contact and company with industry, size, geolocation and hierarchy data;
  • visual AI pipeline spotlighting sales, routing and deals opportunities;
  • photo capture to scan documents, quotes and business cards;
  • a central hub for all email, SMS, calls, tasks, meetings and notes; and
  • AI-powered dashboards, key performance indicator views, performance reports, leaderboards and revenue/ financial forecasts.

“For too long, haulers have been bogged down by manual data entry and generic, disjointed systems,” CommanderAI CEO David Berg says. “Our CRM is AI-driven and human-led. It was designed by people who know this industry inside and out, ensuring it’s battle-tested for real-world use on day one.”

According to CommanderAI, the CRM deploys in days as opposed to months like legacy CRMs, aiming to support owners and chief revenue officers with real-time visibility into pipelines and forecasts.

“CommanderAI delivered the first CRM that truly understands our business,” says Vince Vahe Sarkisyan, senior account manager at San Diego-based ATI Medical Waste Management, a customer of the software company.

“The CRM reflects our workflows, uses our terminology and is simple enough that our reps actually love using it. Our whole revenue engine finally lives in one connected system, and that’s been a huge game-changer for us.”
