Waste Harmonics, a waste management company based in Rochester, New York, has selected Brian Leonard as its next vice president of equipment and vendor relations.
As vice president of equipment and vendor relations, Leonard will oversee the management of equipment services and vendor relationships for the company. He also will handle partnerships with Waste Harmonics’ service providers. He joined the Waste Harmonics team as director of equipment in March 2021.
According to Waste Harmonics, Leonard brings nearly 30 years of experience in the solid waste and recycling industry to the role. He has experience creating and analyzing operational models and leading and optimizing team performance. In addition to owning his own waste hauling company for seven years, Leonard previously worked for a Fortune 200 company.
Leonard earned a bachelor of arts in mathematics from the University of Rochester and an executive MBA from the University at Buffalo.
