Texas-based Global Recruiters Network (GRN) of McKinney has announced the placement of Dave Vaughn as executive vice president, west region, at Russellville, Arkansas-based Denali Water Solutions LLC.
At Denali, Vaughn will have full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility from Colorado to California and will be reporting to the newly appointed President and Chief Operating Officer Todd Mathes.
Vaughn has more than 30 years of environmental service experience, with a heavy focus and deep knowledge of recycling and organics operations on the western half of the U.S. He was previously an executive vice president at City of Industry, California-based Athens Services, and prior to that spent more than 20 years at San Francisco-based Recology where he gained P&L responsibility of nearly a billion dollars in annual revenue as the vice president and senior director of operations.
Denali is an environmental services platform and investment portfolio company of TPG Capital—founded in San Francisco, California—with $108 billion of total assets under management. As a leading specialty waste and environmental services company, Denali provides services to repurpose various organic waste streams for water and wastewater plants, food processors, pulp and paper plants, food service, retail and large industrial facilities.
Currently, Denali has more than 1,450 employees. The company services the entire U.S. and its territories and has completed 14 acquisitions in the last two years.
