EnviroServe Inc. has acquired Environmental Projects Inc. (EPI), an Auburn, Maine-based environmental services provider.
EnviroServe, a Salt Lake City-based national provider of environmental and waste management services, says the addition of EPI establishes its strategic presence in the New England region and further expands its nationwide network.
“We are very excited to welcome the EPI team to EnviroServe,” says Ryan Reid, vice president at EnviroServe. “This acquisition expands our presence in the Northeast and brings a wealth of experience to our waste handling operations. The EPI team’s expertise and commitment to safety and excellence will be invaluable as we strive to better serve customers.”
EnviroServe says offers end-to-end services for managing special, universal, biological, hazardous and nonhazardous waste materials.
Earlier this year, it acquired CG Environmental – The Cleaning Guys of Fort Worth, Texas, and in 2022, EnviroServe acquired Clark Environmental of Mulberry, Florida.
“We are thrilled to join the EnviroServe team,” says Brian Fons, owner and founder of EPI. “EnviroServe’s professionalism, strong culture of safety and dedication to customer service resonate deeply with our values. We look forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of EnviroServe.”
“EnviroServe’s acquisition of EPI is a key step in our goal of building a leading national environmental services platform," says Andy Shackett, operating partner at One Rock. "By combining our resources and expertise, we believe this acquisition will deliver significant value to our customers.”
