Accuworx acquires CTI Group

Accuworx, an environmental services organization headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, has acquired Texas-based CTI Group as part of its plan to expand services across the U.S. The acquisition enables Accuworx to deliver its services in cities across Texas, including Midland, Eagle Ford, Houston, Baytown and Corpus Christi. The company plans to triple its workforce in Texas in 2018.

Joining forces with the incredible team at CTI is a major step in accomplishing our vision," Jason Rosset, CEO of Accuworx, says. "Our Gulf Coast clients will now be able to take advantage of our expanding offerings and local presence, responding to their needs where, when and how they need."

Accuworx’s services include emergency response, soil and groundwater remediation, hazardous waste management and industrial services. Its clients include Enterprise Products, Houston; Union Pacific Railroad, Omaha, Nebraska; Phillips 66, Houston; National Oilwell Varco, Houston; and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Washington.

Included in the acquisition of CTI Group are its subsidiaries: CTI Oil Field Services, CTI Environmental Services, Box Tight (Waste Disposal), Clean Tank, CTI Industrial Services, CTI Oil Spill Services and Go Safety.

CTI Group's founders Cara and Cayce Causey will remain part of the new Accuworx team as president and vice president of special projects, respectively.
