The Action Environmental Group, Teaneck, New Jersey, which provides non-hazardous waste management and recycling services for New York City, Northern New Jersey, Rockland and Orange County, New York, has completed its acquisition of Pequannock Disposal Co., a New Jersey-based waste management company.
With the transaction complete, the Action Environmental Group, through its Interstate Waste Services subsidiary, has acquired business assets that include residential, commercial and demolition waste and recycling collection accounts, equipment as well as a fleet of vehicles.
