Ally Waste, a Mesa, Arizona-based valet waste company, has partnered with ResProp Management, an Austin, Texas-based property management firm with properties in Florida, Texas and South Carolina.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Ally Waste and signifies its commitment to delivering valet waste services to a wider portfolio of properties across the South.

With eight years of industry expertise, Ally Waste says it has established itself as a provider of convenient, sustainable waste management solutions for multifamily communities nationwide. Through its partnership with ResProp Management, Ally Waste is set to expand its reach and impact within the valet waste industry.

The exclusive agreement between Ally Waste and ResProp Management allows Ally Waste to take over the valet waste portfolio of ResProp’s properties. The partnership aims to streamline waste management processes and enhance the overall resident experience across ResProp Management’s portfolio, Ally Waste says.

This strategic move demonstrates the confidence and trust ResProp Management has placed in Ally Waste to deliver quality service.

“Ally Waste has been an exceptional partner for ResProp. The level of service provided to our residents and site staff is unmatched and aligns perfectly with our mission to provide residents with a home where they can live abundantly,” ResProp Management Director of Procurement Jay Snyder says. “I speak for all operators across our entire portfolio when I say we couldn’t be happier partnering with Ally Waste. We look forward to continued growth together.”

In February 2023, Ally Waste announced an investment by New York City-based RF Investment Partners, which Ally said at the time would help the company expand its geographic footprint and scale up its operations.

Ally Waste customers place their bagged waste and recyclables in an Ally Waste bin five to seven days a week around 8 p.m. At night, Ally Waste valets collect the materials and make sure the property is clean, collecting litter from common areas. Residents should take their bins inside by 9 a.m. the following morning, Ally Waste says. Property managers benefit from high retention rates, cleaner properties, coordinated collection and stronger security because Ally Waste says its employees will report any safety concerns they notice during their rounds. The company also offers bulk collection and nightly service reports.

“We are thrilled to partner exclusively with ResProp Management,” Ally Waste Chief Revenue Officer Taylor McBride says. “This collaboration represents an exciting opportunity to expand our reach and provide exceptional valet waste services to even more multifamily communities across the southern United States. Together, we will redefine waste management practices and create cleaner, more efficient living environments for residents.”
