AMS Environmental sold to North Carolina buyer

Dallas-based mergers and acquisitions advisory firm Generational Capital Markets Inc. has announced the sale of its client, Schaumburg, Illinois-based AMS Environmental Inc. to Pine Lake Partners LLC of Asheboro, North Carolina. The acquisition closed July 31, 2018.

AMS Environmental describes itself as a commercial and industrial waste management services provider offering recycling, disposal, resale and industrial services. The company serves customers in sectors including chemical manufacturing, coatings and applications, metal manufacturing, packaging, printing and ink manufacturing.

A news release issued by Generational Capital Markets describes Pine Lake Partners as being “run by an executive with an extensive background in the waste management industry.”
