Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), an investment bank and financial advisory firm based in Cleveland, has announced the sale of Environmental Products & Services of Vermont Inc. (EPS) to Miller Environmental Group (MEG). MEG is owned by GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm focused on acquiring middle-market business services and industrial companies.
BGL’s Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to EPS in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
EPS, an environmental and industrial services provider headquartered in Syracuse, New York, has 17 branches across the eastern United States and offers services including waste disposal, spill response, industrial maintenance, vacuum truck, tank cleaning, geological and high vacuum extraction.
According to the company, the transaction allows MEG to extend its network of specialty environmental and industrial services to a national scale with exposure to a diverse customer base.
