Bristal Hauling acquires G&R Garbage Disposal

Bristal Hauling, a Niverville, Manitoba-based waste hauler, has completed its acquisition of G&R Garbage Disposal, a municipal and commercial waste collection services provider based in St. Malo, Manitoba.

This acquisition further strengthens Bristal’s footprint in rural Manitoba, expanding its service capabilities across the southeast region.

“G&R Garbage Disposal has built strong relationships with municipalities and customers throughout the region, rooted in trust and consistent service,” says Emanuel Toews, regional director of operations at Bristal. “We are excited to welcome their team and operations into Bristal Hauling as we continue to grow and enhance our service offering in rural Manitoba.”

As part of the transition, G&R’s operations will be integrated into Bristal, which serves as MWM Environmental’s southeast hauling platform. MWM Environmental, Souris, Manitoba, has provided municipal waste and recycling services across southern Manitoba for more than 20 years.
