BTR, a Tampa, Florida-based provider of fleet solutions for the environmental and logistics industries, has announced the promotion of Mike Natelborg to east region senior director of sales.
In this role, Natelborg will oversee BTR’s sales strategy and regional leadership across the Southeast, Mid-South, Mid-Atlantic, Great Lakes and Northeast, supporting teams that serve municipalities and waste haulers throughout the eastern U.S.
BTR says Natelborg will focus on strengthening its regional sales organization while continuing to expand partnerships with municipalities and waste haulers seeking flexible fleet solutions that help maintain reliable operations without the capital burden of truck ownership.
“Mike has been instrumental in building our independent hauler channel and strengthening relationships across the eastern United States,” says Eric Voss, BTR chief sales officer. “His leadership, industry knowledge and commitment to our customers have played a key role in our growth, and this promotion reflects the impact he continues to have across our organization.”
Natelborg brings more than 13 years of experience in the solid waste industry, including nine years on the container side of the business and the past four years with BTR. Since joining the company, BTR says he has played a key role in building and expanding its independent hauler channel while helping strengthen strategic partnerships.
“Mike represents the type of leader we strive to develop at BTR,” says BTR CEO Zach Martin. “He understands our customers, our industry and our mission to drive fleets to a more efficient tomorrow. As we continue to grow, Mike’s leadership will be critical in supporting our teams and delivering value to municipalities and waste haulers across the eastern region.”
