Builtrite names new director of engineering

Builtrite Manufacturing, Two Harbors, Minnesota, has announced that Ashish Lahoti has joined Builtrite as director, product engineering. In his new role, Lahoti will lead the company's engineering team in new product development, product improvement and is assigned as a key member of Builtrite's senior management team.

During his 17-year career prior to joining Builtrite, Lahoti held roles of increasing responsibilities in product development and engineering at a number of manufacturers of heavy construction equipment, including Volvo Construction, Vactor Manufacturing, John Deere Construction Equipment, Komatsu America Group and Case/New Holland. He was deeply involved in all aspects of product development from concept design through product introduction.
