Cards Holdings LLC, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has made its 10th acquisition of the year with its purchase of Ken’s Trash Service, Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
According to Cards, Ken’s Trash Service is known for its customer-centric approach and its purchase represents a commitment to elevating waste services for customers in northeast Oklahoma. The company’s addition not only allows Cards to deliver safe, reliable service but also to meet the unique needs of residential and commercial customers in the region.
“Our 10th acquisition of 2024 underscores Cards’ steadfast commitment to growth and our mission of unparalleled waste solutions to communities across Oklahoma and beyond,” says Dustin Reynolds, CEO of Cards. “Ken’s Trash Service has established itself as a trusted community partner in Tahlequah and Cherokee County. We are ecstatic to unite with their team and leverage our combined expertise to elevate service standards, support local communities and introduce cutting-edge technology for safe, efficient, reliable waste solutions.”
Previously this year, Cards acquired two Oklahoma-based companies, Harrah Disposal in Harrah and Stacy's Trash Service in Tahlequah, expanding the company's services in central and eastern Oklahoma, as well as River Valley Solid Waste Removal, headquartered in Van Buren, Arkansas. These three deals brought nearly 3,000 municipal accounts and approximately 8,000 new customers into the company's network.
The company also purchased R&L Haul Away, a waste service provider headquartered in Westminster, Texas, providing residential and commercial waste services to 644 customers in north Texas, and County Sanitation of Anderson, Missouri, which served communities in Anderson, Missouri, and surrounding areas, bringing customer density and route synergies to Cards.
Cards offers a comprehensive range of services, including residential, commercial, roll-off and portable waste options.
