Cascade Cart Solutions, Grand Rapids, Michigan, is partnering with the American Cancer Society and the Canadian Cancer Society to offer its pink curbside carts. The goal of the pink carts is to raise awareness and funding to breast cancer research.The carts are available in 35 gallon, 64 gallon and 96 gallon sizes for refuse and 18 gallon and 6 gallon totes for recycling.
Funds from every pink cart purchased in Canada are directed to the Canadian Cancer Society’s breast cancer research initiatives. Funds from U.S.-purchased pink carts support the American Cancer Society’s breast cancer awareness programs in the local community where the cart is purchased. Five dollars from each cart and $1 from each bin or tote sold in each country goes to the organizations.
