C&D World 2019, the annual meeting of the Construction & Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA), is shaping up to be one of the association’s biggest events, the organization says. Taking place March 10-12 in Brooklyn, New York, this year’s attendee numbers have already surpassed previous years’ preregistration marks.
Sessions at the event will include an economic forecast tailored to C&D recyclers; a guide on how to gain and retain talent; diversification in the industry; as well as reports on concrete, glass, drywall, and shingle recycling. In addition, there will be updates on fire prevention, a Technology Forum showcasing the latest innovations in C&D, and biochar markets and production. The always-popular C&D Fundraiser will also be held at nearby Circa Brewery for an evening of fun and networking.
C&D World 2019 will be held at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge, and rooms remain at the reduced rate. For more information about C&D World 2019, or to register, please go to cdrecycling.org/news/c-d-world-2019/.
