Anaheim, California-based Certified Waste Solutions, a leading sustainability-oriented recycling and waste solution services provider, has announced it has acquired FRG Waste Resources Inc.
Founded in 1996 and based in Napa Valley, California, FRG has more than 26 years of sustainability expertise and provides customized waste diversion and recycling solutions across North America. The company is a multifaceted provider of innovative waste diversion services and equipment for its forward-thinking customer base, operating in technology, biotechnology, healthcare, automotive, restaurants, retail and other sectors. FRG plays helps its customers attain their Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications, zero-waste, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals through its programmatic waste management and reporting services.
