The Clay Peak Municipal Solid Waste Landfill, an EPA Subtitle D permitted facility located in Payette County, Idaho, has applied to the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to install six stationary landfill gas flares at the site.
The flares will allow the landfill to regulate emissions and will be installed between 2018 and 2020. The landfill serves customers in Idaho and Oregon.
