Colgate-Palmolive, Keurig Dr Pepper join ISRI

Multi-national consumer products firms Colgate-Palmolive and Keurig Dr Pepper are now members of the Washington-based Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI). According to ISRI’s Paper Stock Industries chapter, the two companies’ membership status includes joining that ISRI chapter.

PSI describes New York-based Colgate-Palmolive as a maker of consumer products focused on oral care, personal care, home care and pet nutrition, selling its products in more than 200 countries or territories.

ISRI says the company already is focusing on increasing the recyclability of its products and reducing waste generation at its plants.

Keurig Dr Pepper, which has administrative offices in Burlington, Massachusetts, and Frisco, Texas, is described by PSI as a leading beverage company in North America, with more than 125 products and annual revenue of more than $11 billion.

On the recycling front, ISRI says the company’s corporate responsibility platform includes efforts tied to circular packaging and supply-chain sustainability.
