Calgary, Alberta-based Collective Waste Solutions has purchased of all assets of Fin-Wall Site Services, a provider of commercial and construction waste management services in Calgary since 1989.
Collective says this acquisition strengthens its position in the commercial waste sector and supports its continued growth in partnership with MWM Environmental.
“This transition signifies the integration of Fin-Wall into Collective Waste Solutions, marking a new phase under a different ownership and brand,” says Stephen G. Brown, former owner of Fin-Wall. “With a refreshed fleet and a larger team, our employees will have greater opportunities, and our customers will benefit from even more reliable and consistent service. Collective is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of excellence, and I’m confident this transition will bring long-term benefits to those who have supported us over the years.”

As part of the transition, Fin-Wall’s operations will be rebranded under Collective Waste Solutions Inc. FinWall’s employees also have been fully integrated into the company.
The transaction was supported by Concentric Equity Partners. Comerica Bank provided debt financing, while DLA Piper served as legal counsel to Collective Waste Solutions.
