Covanta Holding Corp., Morristown, New Jersey, has announced the addition of Owen Michaelson to its board of directors.
Michaelson is chief executive of the Harworth Group PLC, a land and property regeneration company in the United Kingdom. He has more than 25 years of experience in land development, energy generation and waste management, having held executive roles at the Peel Group, Manchester, England, Black Country Properties, Oldbury, England, and Viridor, Somerset, England.
