Eagle Merchant Partners invests in ES Integrated

The partnership aims to enhance geographic growth and service line expansion.

Atlanta-based private equity firm Eagle Merchant Partners has made an investment in ES Integrated (ESI), Charleston, South Carolina, aimed at enhancing the company’s geographic growth and service line expansion.

ESI operates eight locations in the Southeast U.S. providing industrial cleaning, environmental and waste services to customers in the chemicals, energy and power, pulp and paper, construction, manufacturing and government sectors.

The company’s environmental services division “provides value-added services that reduce waste and optimize facility performance through strategic remedial and corrective measures, treatment/maintenance programs and restoration,” according to its website. Its services include waste management transportation and disposal, landfill cap construction and maintenance, groundwater system installation and monitoring and more.

As part of the investment, the current leadership team of ESI will remain in place while the companies work together to accelerate organic growth, including through strategic acquisitions.

The partnership marks Eagle's fifth investment in the commercial services sector and its third platform investment from Fund II, its recently closed vehicle focused on founder-owned, lower middle-market companies in the southeastern U.S.
