Rock Hill, South Carolina-based eFactor3, a provider of size reduction and material upgrading equipment to the recycling industry, has appointed Gerald Kincer as its vice president of sales.
The equipment vendor says the staff addition reflects its continued growth and focus on strengthening its sales organization and go-to-market strategy.
According to eFactor3, Kincer brings with him extensive experience in the shredding and recycling industry, including a track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams.
His background includes knowledge of recycling technologies, sales strategy development, customer relationship management and process implementation, as well as what eFactor3 calls coaching and mentorship within sales organizations.
In his new role, Kincer will focus on refining eFactor3’s sales structure, supporting the company’s growing team, and driving sustainable growth across its core markets, says the firm.
