Australia-based Envirosuite has announced a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a strategic partnership with Aeroqual, a global leader in air quality monitoring technology to pursue and develop joint market opportunities.
The MOU outlines a framework for the joint pursuit of global strategic opportunities between the parties within the mining, waste, wastewater, and industrial sectors. The combination of Envirosuite’s environmental intelligence technology with Aeroqual’s air quality monitoring technology will aim to accelerate opportunities for both companies.

Aeroqual’s air quality monitoring platform, combining smart instrumentation, cloud software, and unique virtual calibration technology (MOMA), is trusted by customers all over the world and will add significant value to Envirosuite’s environmental software platform, allowing us to solve even more complex air quality challenges for more customers across multiple industrial sectors,” said Aeroqual CEO Mark Templeton.
Aeroqua, which offers a global air quality monitoring platform based on smart sensing technology and advanced software algorithms, is headquartered in New Zealand. The company also has offices in the U.S. and China and are represented by a global network of partners.
According to a release, the strategic partnership aims to benefit both parties with greater access to market opportunities, leverage each other’s expertise in their respective focus segments and technologies, drive revenue and customer traction with the complementary nature of their businesses and, strategic growth objectives in North America.
The parties are already engaged on projects in Spain, Malaysia and the U.S. where the partnership has demonstrated the value of the “unique solution between Envirosuite and Aeroqual.”
