EnviroVac has merged with Vecta Environmental Services LLC effective Feb. 2.
Based in Savannah, Georgia, EnviroVac says the deal strengthens its ability to serve customers with expanded capabilities, deeper expertise and an enhanced geographic footprint. Vecta, based in Gonzalez, Louisiana, is projected to accelerate EnviroVac’s growth strategy and reinforce its position in industrial services.
“Vecta has built an outstanding reputation in the markets it serves, grounded in safety, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to customers,” EnviroVac CEO Dominick Garton says. “We are excited to welcome Vecta into the EnviroVac organization. This acquisition expands our service offerings and geographic reach while bringing together two teams that share a strong cultural alignment and dedication to doing the right thing.”
EnviroVac says the deal will expand its capabilities by broadening service lines in hydroblasting, ultra-high volume blasting, vacuum truck, tank cleaning, hydroexcavation, chemical cleaning, waste management and insulation/scaffolding services.
The deal also will expand EnviroVac’s geographic reach into the southern U.S. The firm says it will work closely with Vecta to ensure a smooth transition while prioritizing safety, customer service and operational continuity as integration planning progresses.
“I completely believe that this is the right next step for our organizations,” Vecta CEO Alan Goldstein says. “The folks at EnviroVac share our simple but sincere commitments to both solve our customer’s problems and treat our people right. This combination creates a stronger platform for us to continue to do those two things. I could not be more grateful for, and excited by, the journey we have ahead of us.”
