Fairbanks Scales displays weighing innovations at WasteExpo 2019

Kansas City, Missouri-based company recently showcased its vehicle weighing technology.

Kansas City, Missouri-based Fairbanks Scales Inc. exhibited its industrial scales at WasteExpo May 7-9 in Las Vegas. The company says visitors viewed the latest innovations in weighing equipment, including a large-scale model of the lift deck truck scale for waste operations.

Fairbanks’ heavy capacity lift deck truck scale is a new scale for shallow pit scale replacement or new transfer station scale construction projects, the company says. The scale’s decks can be “quickly and easily lifted and removed with lightweight equipment to hose out debris or dirt that accumulates, keeping your scale running smooth and accurate even in the harshest environments.”

The lift deck truck scale is equipped with Fairbanks’ Intalogix lightning protection system, which features a digital signal that protects the scale from any harmful surges or electrical spikes.

Fairbanks also displayed the FB6015 instrument and the 1605RF Remove Display, which is a “critical component to the transfer station operation to maximize the loading of each transfer truck,” the company says.
