Fibertech Inc., Elberfeld, Indiana, has appointed Brent Rasche as its chief operating officer (COO).
“This role will allow me to focus my expertise in a new industry to broaden our strong team, to expand our product offerings and capabilities as a business,” Rasche says of his new position.
Before joining the company, Rasche worked for Michigan-based SRG Global in various roles, according to a news release from Fibertech. SRG Global is a large manufacturer of injected molded chrome plated, painted plastic parts for automotive and nonautomotive transportation. Most recently, Rasche was SRG Global’s vice president of North America. In that role, he was responsible for leading the business and operations of eight North America sites. Before that, he was global vice president of human resources at SRG Global, where he helped to align the company’s human resource capabilities to the company’s overall global business vision and strategy.
Rasche began his career at Michigan-based Federal-Mogul in drafting and tooling engineering, according to a news release from Fibertech Inc.
Fibertech provides plastic rotational molding and manufactures many different types of plastic products, spanning a range of industries.
