Fornnax Technology Pvt. Ltd., an India-based manufacturer of recycling equipment, has appointed Dieter Jerschl as its newest sales partner in Germany. The company entered into a collaborative agreement with Jerschl to represent and promote its equipment as part of Fornnax’s strategic expansion into central Europe.
Jerschl has more than 20 years of experience in the shredding and recycling sector, having previously worked with companies such as Bulk Handling Systems of Eugene, Oregon, Denmark-based Eldan Recycling and Germany-based Vecoplan AG, among others. According to Fornnax, he has led the deployment of single machines and complete turnkey installations for a wide range of applications including tires, cables, municipal solid waste, e-waste, industrial waste and more.
“We see tremendous potential in the central European market,” Fornnax Director and CEO Jignesh Kundaria says. “Partnering with someone as experienced and well-established as Jerschl gives us a strong foothold and allows us to better serve our customers. This marks a major milestone in our efforts to promote reliable, efficient and future-ready recycling solutions globally.”
According to Fornnax, the partnership will primarily serve central Europe, including Germany, Austria and neighboring countries. The company says geographical scope may be extended based on project requirements and mutual agreement, and the nature of the partnership will evolve based on performance and ongoing discussions with Fornnax’s management. The current focus is on building a strong pipeline of opportunities and increasing brand visibility across the region.
“I’ve known Fornnax for over a decade and have followed their growth closely,” Jerschl says. “What attracted me to this collaboration is their state-of-the-art and high-capacity technology; it is powerful, sustainable and economically viable. There is great potential to introduce Fornnax’s innovative systems to more markets across Europe, and I am excited to be part of that journey.”
Jerschl also will provide value-added services, including equipment installation, maintenance and spare parts support, through his dedicated technical team. Fornnax says this local service capability will ensure timely project execution, reduce downtime and enhance overall customer experience.
“We are committed to increasing market awareness and establishing new reference projects across the region,” Jerschl says. “My goal is not only to generate business but to lay the foundation for long-term growth. Ideally, we aim to establish a dedicated Fornnax legal entity or operational site in Germany over the next five to 10 years.”
