GFL Environmental Inc., an Ontario-based waste management company, has acquired OSI Environmental Inc., an Eveleth, Minnesota-based disposal and environmental services company.
OSI Environmental has provided environmental, recycling and disposal services for clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana and Oklahoma since 1988.
“OSI Environmental has joined one of North America’s leading environmental service providers. We are now GFL Environmental Services,” the company says. “While our name and look will be changing, the high-quality service that you’ve come to expect from us will stay the same.”

OSI Environmental provides roll-off and recycling services as well as tank cleaning and removal, used oil recycling, pipeline services, parts washer service, vac truck services, emergency spill response, industrial cleaning and hazardous waste management.
GFL Environmental provides solid waste management, liquid waste management and soil remediation services at locations across Canada and the United States.
