Haulvana, a Eugene, Oregon-based operating system offered to waste and recycling haulers throughout the United States, has selected Atlanta-based electronic payments service provider Xplor Pay as its exclusive payment processing partner.

Haulvana’s modern waste management operating system will now provide a fully integrated payments experience that helps haulers accelerate cash flow, eliminate manual collections and reduce operational overhead, according to Xplor Pay.

“Waste haulers keep communities running, yet their businesses have historically been underserved by software and financial technology,” Xplor Pay President Matt Morrow says. “Through this partnership, embedded payments become a core part of how these companies operate, helping them secure cash flow more predictably, while enabling Haulvana to scale efficiently and deliver new value through automation.”

Xplor Pay says waste haulers face persistent challenges in billing and collections, with payment delays that can stretch out over weeks.

By embedding Xplor Pay into Haulvana’s platform, waste companies can now accept ACH, credit and debit card payments from any location.

Other features available to Haulvana users will include automated recurring invoicing and real time reconciling of transactions.

“Early projections indicate that businesses can reduce their time to payment collection by up to 200 percent, enabling improved oversight of accounts receivable and stronger financial stability while reducing overall service costs,” Xplor Pay says.

According to Xplor Pay, Haulvana evaluated a variety of solutions, but Xplor Pay distinguished itself through its highly adaptable embedded payments technology, data continuity and a global engineering team that supported rapid integration.

“Xplor Pay allows us to simplify one of the biggest pain points in waste hauling, which is getting paid,” Haulvana founder and CEO Joseph Helmy says. “This partnership is about removing friction. By embedding Xplor Pay directly into Haulvana, we have taken the entire collections cycle, from invoicing to reconciliation, and collapsed it into one seamless flow. That means less time chasing payments and more time serving customers.”

The partnership positions Haulvana among the only waste management platforms offering a completely embedded, full-stack payments suite, tailored to its core businesses, according to Xplor Pay, and marks Xplor Pay’s first fully integrated waste management software relationship in the U.S., supporting both companies’ innovation roadmaps, including expansion of automation, intelligent billing and financial tools for end-to-end waste management.

Haulvana says its operating system serves haulers of every size seeking to streamline or scale up their fleets or back office functions.
