The Heil Co., a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based part of Environmental Solutions and a segment of Terex Corp., has expanded its dealer network with the appointment of Driveline Truck and Trailer as the authorized sales, service, parts and training provider for Atlantic Canada.

Heil’s dealer network consists of more than 28 full-service dealerships across more than 60 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. This addition to the Heil dealer network aims to strengthen support and access for customers across Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, who will have access to Heil refuse collection bodies, genuine Heil parts, service support and garbage truck technician training resources.

Driveline Truck and Trailer, headquartered in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, was founded in 2008 by owner and President Duane Gallant and his wife, Julia. Driveline’s team specializes in refuse truck and trailer repair, refuse body service, operator and technician training, diesel diagnostics and hydraulic system support.

“Driveline Truck and Trailer reflects the qualities that have long defined the Heil dealer network,” Environmental Solutions President Pat Carroll says. “Their deep understanding of refuse equipment, hands on approach to customer support and proven ability to deliver consistent, dependable service make them an outstanding fit for the needs of haulers in Atlantic Canada. We are proud to welcome their team and look forward to the strong support they will bring to Heil customers throughout the region.”

According to Heil, Driveline also will represent Curotto-Can automated carry containers and provide support for 3rd Eye and Connected Collections technology solutions.

“We are thrilled to join the Heil dealer network and represent such a respected name in the industry,” Gallant says. “Our team takes great pride in the work we do for haulers throughout Atlantic Canada, and this opportunity allows us to support them with an even stronger lineup of equipment, service and technology. We look forward to building long-lasting relationships with Heil customers across the region and helping them keep their operations running at their very best.”
