Hoffman Sanitation Services, a Durant, Oklahoma-based collection services provider, has acquired Ennis Sanitation Company.
Hoffman says the addition of Ennis will supplement its existing service footprint in southeast Oklahoma. Ennis Sanitation marks Hoffman’s third acquisition of 2025 and ninth overall. The company added Lone Grove, Oklahoma-based Outer City Limit Sanitation in September and Wildhorse Waste Services, a waste service provider based in Bray, Oklahoma, in June.
“We are excited to bring the existing Ennis Sanitation Company customers to the Hoffman family and to expand the service area continuing to provide best of the best service to all of our customers,” Hoffman Owner Stewart Hoffman says. “These routes allow us to fill in to some of our existing northern routes achieving efficiency.”
Based in Coalgate, Oklahoma, Ennis Sanitation is a waste service provider owned and operated by Mark and Sandra Ennis. The company has served the Coal, Atoka and Pittsburg counties for more than 10 years with both residential and commercial customers, including polycart and dumpster accounts.
“We are proud of what we have built at Ennis Sanitation Company and grateful for our success possible,” Ennis Sanitation says. “Partnering with Hoffman Sanitation is the next step forward, as they bring the resources that will let our customers see services with more quality and growth. We are confident this partnership will benefit the communities we serve.”
