LTTS has served southeast Oklahoma communities, including Marshall, Bryan and Carter counties, for 15 years.
Preston Holder owned and operated the company, which serviced residential and commercial customers, including polycart accounts.
“I will miss serving these wonderful customers,” Holder says. “Hoffman is a growing company in our market and other markets. Stewart and his team have the customer-first mentality as well as a passion for growing the business. Completing this sell is a win-win for everyone involved.”
“The acquisition of LTTS is a welcome supplement to Hoffmans’ existing service footprint in southeast Oklahoma and aligns with Hoffmans’ commitment to enhance customer satisfaction,” Hoffman says.
By integrating LTTS into its existing operations and current routes, Hoffman says the company will realize more route synergies and talent acquisition to enable the company to “continue providing extraordinary waste management solutions to the communities it serves.”
