Hoffman Sanitation Services, a Durant, Oklahoma-based collection services provider, has acquired Wildhorse Waste Services, a waste service provider based in Bray, Oklahoma.
The acquisition is Hoffman Sanitation’s first of 2025 and its seventh overall.
Wildhorse Waste Services has served southwest Oklahoma communities including Stephens, Jefferson, Comanche, Grady Garvin, Carter and Cotton counties, for more than 15 years. Owned and operated by Jennifer and Kenny Sanner, the company services about 2,000 residential and commercial customers including polycart, front-load and roll-off accounts. Kenny Sanner will now serve as Southwest division general manager for the company.
“We are pleased to join the Hoffman Sanitation team. As we continue our steadfast commitment to growth, their knowledge and expertise will further our mission of unmatched waste services to residents all across southwestern Oklahoma," Sanner says.
The acquisition of Wildhorse Waste Services supplements Hoffman Sanitation’s existing service footprint in southeast Oklahoma and aligns with the company's commitment to enhance customer satisfaction, the company says. Integrating Wildhorse Waste into its operations will enable route synergies and talent acquisition, Hoffman Sanitation Services owner and operator Stewart Hoffman says, enabling the company to “continue providing extraordinary waste management solutions to the communities it serves.”
Hoffman Sanitation also looks to offer single-stream recycling solutions to Wildhorse customers, with plans to launch that program in southwest Oklahoma within a few months.
