Hoffman Sanitation Services, headquartered in Durant, Oklahoma, has announced that Frank A. Deal has joined the company as its new chief operating officer (COO).
Deal brings decades of operations expertise, community relationships and leadership experience. Prior to joining Hoffman Sanitation Services, he most recently served as the assistant general manager for Choctaw Casino & Resort–Durant, one of the region’s largest employers and hospitality destinations.

In his role as COO, Deal will oversee daily operations for the company’s western division, Wildhorse Waste Services LLC; support strategic planning including current and future acquisitions; and help elevate service delivery for residential, commercial and municipal customers across the region.
“I’m honored to join Hoffman Sanitation Services at such a pivotal time,” Deal says. “This company has deep roots in all the communities it serves, and I’m looking forward to contributing to its growth, supporting our team and continuing to serve the people in all of Hoffman’s expansive operations.”
