EM Biogas LLC, a Texas-based renewable natural gas company, has engaged Maas Cos. Inc., Rochester, Minn., a specialist in industrial and renewable energy asset liquidations, to manage the sale of the Huckabay Ridge Anaerobic Digestion Facility located in Stephenville, Texas on Nov. 21 via a live auction with internet bidding from the Stephenville Hampton Inn.
Built in 2007 for $26 Million, Huckabay Ridge is one of the largest anaerobic digestion facilities in North America with eight digesters representing over 7.5 million gallons of digestate capacity. The sale will include approximately 72.5 acres of real estate, improvements to the property and equipment associated with the facility. The sale transaction and terms of sale are subject to seller approval.
Potential buyers are encouraged to visit the Huckabay Ridge facility during one of the following open houses held by Maas Cos.:
- Wednesday, Nov. 20, 9 a. m. to 3 p.m.
- Thursday, Nov. 21, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
