The collaboration introduces 34 new EPA AirKnowledge courses available to all IHMM certificants through the IHMM Foundation Professional Development platform. The EPA’s Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards developed AirKnowledge, a platform aimed at providing training centered around air quality programs and the Clean Air Act. These courses come preapproved with IHMM Certification Maintenance Points.

  • air toxics risk assessment framework;
  • applying technical factors for area designations;
  • components of attainment of State Implementation Plans and Tribal Implementation Plans;
  • controlling air pollution;
  • core principles of EPA air permitting programs;
  • EPA air pollution control cost manual;
  • fundamental of emissions inventories;
