Ironwood Capital, Avon, Connecticut, announces an exit from its
investment in Lewis Clark Recycling & Disposal LLC, which was sold to Ontario,
Canada-based Waste Connections. Lewis Clark is a solid waste management company
headquartered in Harrisburg, Illinois.

Mountain Management team on this successful opportunity and look forward to

Jeff Kendall, managing director of Pittsburgh-based LaurelMountain Management and CEO of Lewis Clark says, “We worked closely with
Dickson and the Ironwood Environmental Services team to execute on a
buy-and-build strategy for Lewis Clark. Over the past two years, the company
has completed several tuck-in acquisitions resulting in an expanded geographic
footprint, as well as construction of a new transfer station facility.”
