National Waste Partners (NWP), a Phoenix-based provider of industrial-grade compactor and baler rentals, repairs, sales and service, has announced the appointment of Kelly Williams as CEO, effective immediately. Williams has also joined the company’s board of directors.
Williams joins NWP from WillScot-Mobile Mini, where for the past year he served as president and chief operating officer following a merger of the two companies. Williams spent eight years with Mobile Mini, serving as CEO prior to the merger. With deep expertise in leading and operating rental equipment businesses, Williams will bring critical focus on key differentiators such as customer experience and vendor relationships to help NWP achieve its business and growth objectives.
“During the last five years, our leadership team has put significant resources and effort into growing and elevating the fundamental operations of the business. These efforts have resulted in a thriving organization built on deep relationships and a sound, performance-focused foundation,” says Nathan Richey, chairman of the board of directors. “Kelly’s skills and experience perfectly complement our leadership team, and we look forward to working together to further grow all of National Waste’s various offerings.”
“I am extremely excited to join this outstanding team and terrific business model at National Waste Partners,” Williams says. “The company is in the ideal place to accelerate growth through increased scale and continued focus on superior customer service as a key differentiator in the waste space.”
