Solutions and products displayed in the McNeilus booth include:

  • McNeilus Volterra ZSL: The first fully integrated electric refuse collection vehicle (eRCV) in North America features a driver-first design and technology designed to optimize ease of operation, safety, visibility, maneuverability and comfort. The purpose-built eRCV has earned multiple zero-emission certifications from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resources Board since its introduction in 2023.
  • McNeilus ePTO (Electric Power Takeoff) Technology: A self-contained electric power system optimized and dedicated to powering body functions and designed to work with multiple electric chassis brands. The McNeilus Zero Radius Side Loader, with integrated ePTO technology, features common component placement, most notably the high-voltage disconnect and consistent service parts for streamlined maintenance and training. The technology meets zero-emission requirements and enables optimal, quiet and consistent performance, the company says.
  • McNeilus Meridian Front Loader: Highlighting how the company has transformed front loader collection for commercial and residential routes, the Meridian Front Loader is partially made with SSAB Fossil-free steel, driving sustainability and helping customers control their carbon footprint. Additionally, reinforcements to specific body components and streamlined hydraulics provide performance and efficiency upgrades.
  • McNeilus CartSeeker Curbside Automation: An advanced AI-based system with cameras, light detection and ranging technology which identifies residential waste carts. Another feature of the CartSeeker system automates alignment and the lift arm’s dump cycle to assist with operational efficiency. This technology is being featured through an interactive kiosk.
  • ClearSky by McNeilus Telematics: McNeilus’ ClearSky telematics system offers a unique and complete view of overall fleet health by combining data from body and chassis systems to provide usage information and predictive maintenance capabilities, simplifying and optimizing fleet management. ClearSky by McNeilus telematics is being showcased through a demonstration of the system’s fleet management dashboard.
