Atlanta-based Meridian Waste Solutions Inc., (MWS) a vertically integrated, nonhazardous solid waste services company, has launched its new corporate website (MWSinc.com) with a sleek, contemporary design and highly developed 24/7 functionality that brings the company into a sophisticated digital age in style and application it says.

The differentiating feature of the site is its integration with the company's operations software, Soft-Pak, as well as the creation of a Meridian Waste Customer Care Gateway for new customers without a current Meridian Waste account number. This eliminates many traditional emailed forms and the duplicate entry of information associated with lesser, older websites, according to the company. This direct integration allows www.MWSinc.com to rise above other industry websites and provide an unmatched level of customer care and performance.

Residential and commercial customers will find a host of new integrated features on the site including:

  • find a residential customer pickup schedule: garbage, recycling and/or yard waste;
  • sign up for service alerts;
  • ·new residential customer subscription registration and payment;
  • schedule a residential bulk or white goods collection;
  • schedule a commercial roll-off pickup and return;
  • set up or change online billing and payments including auto-payments;

The new website invites customers to sign up for service alerts to be notified by email and/or text alerts of issues such as severe weather events or road closures and holidays affecting their collection schedule as well as special announcements and promotions.
