New Way Trucks, a Federal Signal Corp. company headquartered in Scranton, Iowa, has expanded its customer support and service with Innisfil, Ontario-headquartered Joe Johnson Equipment (JJE) in locations across the U.S.
JJE is an infrastructure equipment provider with a strong presence across the U.S. and Canada. As part of New Way’s support network, JJE will serve customers in New York, Vermont, Louisiana and portions of Illinois, Indiana and Massachusetts.
In December 2025, New Way partnered with JJE to expand its Canadian presence.
"At New Way, we’re continuing to expand and reinforce our service and support to better serve haulers, and we’re excited to be able to work with the JJE team to extend our reach to more customers,” says Zeeshan Usmani, New Way Trucks president.
As a New Way distributor, JJE will serve as a resource for sales and service for refuse haulers, offering the full lineup of New Way refuse collection vehicles and parts. JJE also provides service across nine provinces and three territories in Canada.
"We’re proud to offer and support New Way refuse trucks through our experienced JJE team,” JJE Vice President of Sales Jason Hannah says. “This partnership reflects our commitment to delivering solutions that help our waste and recycling customers operate their businesses with greater safety, efficiency and confidence.”
