Northeast Recycling LLC has acquired the waste hauling business of Arrow Container Services LLC, growing its responsive and customer-centered construction and demolition (C&D) hauling operations in eastern New England.
The transaction closed on Nov. 5, terms were not disclosed. Northeast Recycling, based in Avon, Massachusetts, is a subsidiary of Salem, New Hampshire-based ReSource Waste Services LLC, one of the largest C&D processers in New England. The firm owns four C&D processing facilities in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine along with a C&D transfer station in Massachusetts.
“Arrow customers will receive the same level of attention and the added benefits of a larger suite of services, including LEED-certified waste management at ReSource facilities,” ReSource Co-CEO Greg Leahey says.
Pelham, New Hampshire-based Arrow has served the southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts area customers since its inception in 2007. Northeast says it plans to integrate Arrow into its business.
“We’re excited to have the Arrow team joining us and to be able to provide those customers they serviced with the same high quality that they are used to receiving,” says Bill Twohig, director of hauling services at Northeast Recycling.
