The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA), Arlington, Virginia, has added LaBella Training, based in Rochester, New York, to its Endorsed Partner Program, providing NWRA members with access to LaBella’s training programs for solid waste professionals.
LaBella Training is a provider through the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), offering education and certification courses tailored to landfill managers, transfer station operators, compost program managers and other solid waste facility personnel.
“We’re excited to welcome back LaBella Training as an endorsed partner,” NWRA President and CEO Michael E. Hoffman says. “Their high-quality training programs directly support our mission to advance the waste and recycling industry through safety, professionalism and best practices.”
Through this partnership, NWRA members will have access to exclusive offerings from LaBella, including discounted courses and resources designed to support certification requirements and continuing professional education. Training options cover topics such as landfill and transfer station operations, stormwater management, hazardous materials handling, composting, collections and OSHA safety standards.
“We are proud to partner with NWRA and continue providing quality, timely, hands-on training to solid waste professionals,” says Kristie Hooper, LaBella Associates director of business development.
