Premier Truck Sales & Rental, a Cleveland-based rental and sales company, has announced the grand opening of its 28,000-square-foot Mounting and Fabrication Facility. The company says the facility expands its Cleveland campus and marks a major milestone in its continued growth and commitment to serving customers faster, better and on a much larger scale.
The new facility adds critical capacity to Premier’s 38-acre headquarters, which now includes 11 specialized buildings dedicated to truck sales, rental, mounting, fabrication, reconditioning and nationwide support.
The new Mounting and Fabrication Facility features:
- 16 new service bays
- Four overhead cranes
- An advanced air filtration system that replaces the air every three hours
- Top-tier fabrication and mounting equipment for faster, more precise work
“This new facility was built with one goal in mind: to reduce lead times and get high-quality, ready-to-work trucks into the hands of our customers faster,” says Joey Lojek, owner and CEO at Premier Truck Sales & Rental. “It allows us to scale our operations, expand our offerings and continue building one of the largest and most dependable fleets in North America.”
By expanding in-house capabilities, Premier says it will significantly reduce production bottlenecks, enabling shorter lead times, more customization options and better availability of high-demand equipment, including roll-off trucks, front loaders, rear loaders, hooklifts, automated side loaders and more.
Spanning 38 acres, the campus includes a full-service maintenance shop, two downdraft paint booths, automatic truck wash, rental prep building, a dedicated fabrication building, an extensive parts warehouse and a national call support center.
With more than 1,200 trucks available for rent nationwide and more than 250 trucks currently for sale, Premier is one of the largest suppliers of refuse and vocational trucks in the country.
“This isn’t just a building,” Lojek adds. “It’s a statement. We’re doubling down on service, quality, and our ability to support haulers, municipalities and contractors across the country with trucks they can count on. And we’re doing it in a way that puts the customer at the center of everything.”
